CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (PRIVACY POLICY)

This confidentiality agreement was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297 dated 01.06.2010. "On the protection of personal data" and other normative acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in private life and the right to self-expression.

General part

In caring for the development of relations with customers and users of our website, recognising the importance of protecting your personal data, and in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, this Confidentiality Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, and the terms of use of the website have been prepared https://old.fly-joy.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the website https://old.fly-joy.com/ referred to as - information and telecommunication system).

"Article 8. Rights of the subject of personal data:

  • present a reasoned demand to the personal data holder with an objection to the processing of his personal data;

  • make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of their own personal data by any personal data holder and processor, if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;

  • to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage, in connection with deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or dishonors the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;

  • file complaints about the processing of your personal data to state authorities and officials whose powers include ensuring the protection of personal data, or to the court;

  • apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;

  • enter reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;

  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

  • to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.

The disposal of personal data of an individual with limited civil capacity or recognized as incapacitated is carried out by his legal representative.
