User agreement

1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer of terms and conditions for the use of the website https://old.fly-joy.com (hereinafter referred to in the text of the website as - information and telecommunications system), in the person of the Administration of the information and telecommunications system, and a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the User), and regulates the conditions of the User's provision of information for placement in the information and telecommunications system.

1.2. A user of the information and telecommunications system is considered to be any natural person who has ever accessed the information and telecommunications system and has reached the age acceptable for acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. The user is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement before the moment of registration in the information and telecommunications system. The User's registration in the information and telecommunications system means the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the information and telecommunications system by the User must be stopped immediately.

1.4. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Information and Telecommunications System Administration unilaterally without any special notification. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.

1.5. The Agreement provides for the mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Administration of the information and telecommunications system under the following points:

The procedure for using the information and telecommunications system,
Privacy Policy,
Limitation of liability of the Information and Telecommunications System Administration,
Procedure for the operation of the Agreement.

Procedure for using the information and telecommunications system

2.1. Information and Telecommunications System allows you to view and download information from our information and telecommunications system solely for your personal, non-commercial use. It is forbidden to change the materials of the site, to distribute them for public or commercial purposes. Any use of information on other sites, mobile applications or computer networks is prohibited.

2.2. When registering in the information and telecommunications system and placing orders, you agree to provide reliable and accurate information about yourself and your contact details.

2.3. In the process of registration in the information and telecommunications system, you receive a login and password, the security of which you are responsible for.

2.4. You can contact us with questions, complaints, requests for improvement of work, or any other information. At the same time, you are responsible that this communication is not illegal, threatening, does not violate copyright, does not discriminate against people in any way, does not contain insults or otherwise violate the current legislation of Ukraine.

User's personal information

3.1. The administration of the information and telecommunications system treats with respect and responsibility the confidential information of any person who has become a visitor of this information and telecommunications system. By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the collection and use of certain information about the User in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the policy of the Information and Telecommunications System Administration on the protection of personal data. In addition, the user agrees that the Site Administration may collect, use, transfer, process and maintain information related to the User's account for the purpose of providing relevant services.

3.2. The administration of the information and telecommunications system undertakes to collect only that personal information that the Consumer provides voluntarily in the event that the information is needed to provide (improve) services to the Consumer.

3.3. The administration of the information and telecommunications system collects both basic personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, address and e-mail address, as well as secondary (technical) data - cookie files, connection information and system information.

3.4. The user agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the area of technical means of communication under the control of the site Administration, the Administration of the Information and Telecommunication System is not responsible for the damage caused by such access.

3.5. The administration of the information and telecommunications system may use any information collected through the information and telecommunications system for the purpose of improving the content of the information and telecommunications system, further developing it, transferring information to the User (upon request), for marketing or research purposes, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Limitation of liability of the Information and Telecommunications System Administration

4.1. The administration of the information and telecommunications system bears no responsibility for any mistakes, errors and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained in the information and telecommunications system. The administration of the information and telecommunications system makes all necessary efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in the information and telecommunications system. All information and materials are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

4.2. Information in the information and telecommunications system is constantly updated and may become outdated at any time. The administration of the information and telecommunications system is not responsible for receiving outdated information from the information and telecommunications system, as well as for the User's inability to obtain updates of information stored in the information and telecommunications system.

4.3 The administration of the information and telecommunications system bears no responsibility for the statements and opinions of site visitors, left as comments or reviews. The opinion of the Site Administration may not coincide with the opinion and position of the authors of reviews and comments. At the same time, the Site Administration takes all possible measures to prevent the publication of messages that violate current legislation or moral standards.

4.4 The administration of the information and telecommunications system is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User against third parties, or third parties against the User.

4.5 The site administration is not responsible for the User's statements made or published in the information and telecommunications system.

4.6 The administration of the information and telecommunications system shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs (actual or possible) arising in connection with this information and telecommunications system, its use or inability to use it.

4.7. The administration of the information and telecommunications system is not responsible for the User's loss of access to his account — a user account record in the information and telecommunications system.

4.8 The administration of the information and telecommunications system is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect data entered by the User when creating the User's account.

4.9. If problems arise in using the information and telecommunications system, if there is disagreement with specific sections of the User Agreement, or if the User receives inaccurate information from third parties, offensive information or any other unacceptable information, please contact the administration of the information and telecommunications system so that the information and telecommunications system can analyse and eliminate the relevant defects, restrict and prevent unwanted information from entering the information and telecommunications system, and, if necessary, limit or terminate the obligation to provide its services to any User and client who intentionally violates the provisions of the Agreement and the system of operation.

4.10 For the purpose of the above, the Administration of the Information and Telecommunications System reserves the right to delete the information placed in the Information and Telecommunications System and to take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Information and Telecommunications System of Users who create, according to the conclusion of the Administration of the Information and Telecommunications System, problems in the use of the Information and Telecommunications System by other Users, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement on the provision of services and its use by others Users, or users who violate the requirements of the Agreement on the provision of services and its use.

Procedure for the operation of the Agreement

5.1 This Agreement is a contract. The site administration reserves the right to both change this Agreement and introduce a new one. Such changes take effect from the moment they are placed in the information and telecommunications system. The User's use of the materials of the information and telecommunications system after the change of the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.

5.2 This Agreement enters into force upon the User's first visit to the information and telecommunications system and is valid between the User and the Company during the entire period of use of the information and telecommunications system by the User.

5.3 The information and telecommunications system is the object of intellectual property rights of the Information and Telecommunications System Administration. All exclusive property copyrights to the site belong to the Site Administration. The use of the information and telecommunication system by Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property rights.

5.4 All trademarks and names referred to in the materials of this information and telecommunications system are the property of their respective owners.

5.5 The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, or copy any part of the information and telecommunications system, except when such permission is granted to the User by the Administration of the information and telecommunications system.

5.6 This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
