Refund terms

Ordering this service allows you to receive monetary compensation in case the client refuses the booked tour for any reason. The service comes into effect only after full payment of the tour. If it is necessary to cancel the tour, you should contact the Moreturov support service. The cost of the service is 5% of the cost of the tour. Amounts of compensation:

1. If the tour is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the tour - 90% of the tour cost

2. 29-15 days before the start of the tour - 60% of the tour price

3. 14-7 days before the start of the tour - 50% of the tour price

4. 6-3 days before the start of the tour - 30% of the tour price

5. Less than 3 days before the start of the tour - 20% of the cost of the tour

The compensation will be paid to an account in the Fly&Joy service within 30 days after the end of the tour. Funds from the deposit account can be used to pay for any tour booked on our website, both for yourself and for others.
